The courier cannot schedule a delivery time or make appointments!
We therefore invite you to provide a valid delivery address, ensuring that someone is always there (for example, your workplace or the address of a relative).
We remind you that the courier will try to deliver the purchased package by leaving, in the absence of the recipient, a notice of non-delivery on which there is the telephone number of the local office and the shipment number of the package.
If the recipient does not give further instructions for the return, the courier will make a second attempt.
If the recipient is absent again, the goods will remain in storage at the courier's local branch awaiting instructions, before automatically returning to our warehouses.
